Celebrating at Glen Island Harbor Club: A Night of Appreciation and Fun
Hey everyone, I’ve got an exciting recap to share with you from the Glen Island Harbor Club in beautiful New Rochelle, New York! This time, it was all about showing appreciation to the amazing staff who make everything happen behind the scenes.
Now, I’ve been fortunate enough to DJ many weddings at the Glen Island Harbor Club over the years. So, when the general manager, who I’ve known for quite some time, reached out and asked me to host their staff appreciation party, I was truly honored. It’s always a pleasure to be recognized for the work you do, and I was thrilled to be part of such a special event.
The Glen Island Harbor Club is known for its stunning location right on the Long Island Sound, and let me tell you, the views are absolutely spectacular. It provided the perfect backdrop for an evening of celebration and gratitude.
Our goal for the evening was simple: to show the staff just how much they’re appreciated and ensure that they had a fantastic time. And I’m happy to report that we delivered on both fronts!
We pulled out all the stops for this party, with a photo booth and a super-clean sound and lighting set-up, to set the mood just right. We even threw in some Latin hits to spice things up and keep the dance floor grooving all night long.
But the real highlight of the evening was the generosity the owners of the Glen Island Harbor Club. Not only did they extend their gratitude to me for being part of the celebration, but they also went above and beyond for the staff, providing a plethora of prizes to be raffled off throughout the night. It was heartwarming to see the smiles on everyone’s faces as they walked away with their winnings.
And let me tell you, the dance floor was on fire! I was told that people danced more at this party than in previous years, and I couldn’t be happier to hear it. There’s nothing quite like seeing people come together, let loose, and have a great time.
All in all, it was a night to remember, filled with appreciation, laughter, and plenty of memorable moments. Here’s to hoping I’ll be invited back next year for another round of celebration!
