Celebrating the Holidays After the Holidays: A Festive Night at Hudson House & Distillery
Hey there, party animals! We’re back with another festive recap, this time from the Hudson House & Distillery in scenic West Park, New York. Let me tell you, this “after the holidays holiday party” was one for the books!
Now, let me set the scene for you. The Hudson House & Distillery isn’t your average venue—it’s a one-of-a-kind craft distillery, restaurant/bar, and event space housed in a former monastery. With its rich history and stunning views of the Hudson River, it’s the perfect spot for a celebration.
This particular corporate event brought together over 100 merry-makers ready to extend the holiday season into the first week of January in style. And let me tell you, these folks came to party!
This wasn’t my first rodeo with this crowd. They liked our tunes so much at a previous event in December that they invited us back for round two for another department within the company. And let me tell you, it was an absolute pleasure to be back.
For this holiday extravaganza, we brought out all the stops—lights, sound, and drums galore. The energy was palpable as soon as we hit the stage, and it didn’t let up all night long.
One highlight of the evening was getting to meet the owner, Paul. He was a real stand-up guy and had nothing but praise for our performance. In fact, he was so impressed that he took a bunch of business cards to hand out to his prospective clients. Now that’s what I call a ringing endorsement!
But the flattery didn’t stop there. The guests were loving the music so much that they couldn’t help but snag a few business cards for themselves. It’s moments like these that remind me why I love what I do.
So, here’s to Hudson House & Distillery, Paul, and all the amazing guests who made this “after the holidays holiday party” one to remember. I can’t wait to do it all again next year!
Until next time,
